i don't think the line-up is published yet, but last year it lasted until 7pm on all three days.

It is free and it is in GG Park. I believe GAMH has some connection to this festival as it is often mentioned in the weekly e-mails I get from them.

There's a little more info at www.strictlybluegrass.com and as I recall that site will be populated with more and more information as it gets closer to the date of the concert.
